Prepare several so you don\u2019t have to repeat yourself during the interview.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><strong><b>Listen carefully to the questions<\/b><\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">To answer questions appropriately, you first have to understand them correctly! \u201cSome applicants start answering before I\u2019ve even finished asking the question. That\u2019s disrespectful!\u201d And it\u2019s hard to answer appropriately in such a situation. What if you don\u2019t understand the question? Simply ask the interviewer to rephrase it, instead of possibly providing an irrelevant response. Take the time to structure your answer, and ask for the question to be repeated if your ideas don\u2019t come to mind at first. <\/span><\/p>\n<p><strong><b>Dare to ask questions<\/b><\/strong><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">At the end of the interview, you are usually asked if you have any questions. Most candidates will reply, \u201cNo, that\u2019s fine.\u201d Surprise your interviewers by asking a strategic question. Avoid anything that could distract your interviewers. For example: flashy bracelets, oversized chains or earrings, wrinkled or faded clothes, garish lipstick, stray hair in your face, sandals, etc.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #d8651f;\"><strong>3.<\/strong><\/span> <span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Avoid wearing scent because it may be disturbing if your interviewer has allergies.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #d8651f;\"><strong>4.<\/strong><\/span> <span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Be authentic!
