Evaluation of behavioural competencies

Using HRID evaluation solutions, our catalogue of tests and assessments for behavioural competencies covers a complete range of abilities, for several work positions, categorized by type of position.

Personality

Personality inventory to measure the normal workplace personality in hiring contexts. It was designed to evaluate critical approaches and behaviours in daily work situations, producing an accurate profile of candidates’ personal characteristics.

Cognitive abilities

Measures a variety of cognitive abilities related to general intelligence. More specifically, it measures the capacity to reason logically and the capacity to carry out verbal, numerical and spatial mental operations.

Problem solving

Measures a variety of cognitive abilities related to general intelligence. It precisely measures the capacity to analyze and resolve problems through logical and deductive reasoning. In particular, it addresses several cognitive abilities with regard to learning and adapting, in which a strong capacity to analyze and draw accurate conclusions is required for different types of problems.

Strategic management

Evaluates a person’s capacity to understand the internal and external environment of an organization in order to establish strategic orientations and produce an action plan to resolve short-, medium- and long-term problems. This test also evaluates the capacity of an individual to take into account a great deal of information and data presented in different forms, such as reports, memos, letters, survey results.

Leadership

Assessment designed to precisely measure key aspects of leadership for recruitment, succession development and coaching purposes. The questionnaire, based on the most recent theories, evaluates essential leadership factors.

Administrative abilities

Requires the candidate to establish priorities, input data, review administrative forms and transmit information.

Administrative judgment

Requires the candidate to establish priorities, coordinate activities, review work schedules, control the quality of tasks executed, all while respecting rules and procedures as provided.

Human resources

Evaluates the capacity to respond appropriately to situations likely to be encountered in a human resource management position. Through situations representative of the tasks assigned to human resource officers, the exercise measures the essential criteria to work in this type of position.

Verification

Evaluates the candidate’s capacity to find mistakes in data transcription in a variety of documents before classifying data during a timed trial.

Evaluates the capacity to react to management situations likely to be encountered in a first-level position in the administrative sector.

Detects candidates’ sales potential. It evaluates abilities and competencies essential for a successful salesperson. Allows organizations to identify people with the skills needed to face an increasingly demanding clientele.
